Brigth and Shiny Radio Show

Nat's KitchenNat’s Kitchen, the Number 1 Restaurant in Buxton, was founded in February 2009 with a few simple aims in mind. At Nat’s, the philosophy is to provide a service which, sadly, has become all too rare of late. The emphasis there is first and foremost on quality. Where this quality can be sourced locally, it is without exception. Some things, however, are best left to the experts, and nobody makes cheese quite like the French! They’re also about value. It is a key part of the ‘Nat’s way’ that all of the dishes are properly costed. Yes, some of the dishes are more expensive than others, but they all represent value for money without compromise on taste. They keep the prices down by cooking you fresh, seasonal and occasionally foraged dishes. They're happy to do their bit in terms of 'food miles' and 'carbon footprints', but happier again that the freshness of the local produce they receive separates them from the crowd. Atmosphere is important to Nat's... and pretentiousness is not. They aim to provide a smooth service, professional yet informal, relaxed but not tardy, most of all though, they aim to be friendly!
